Race: Moonee Valley night meeting called off

Saturday night's Moonee Valley meeting has been abandoned .. after Racing Victoria
officials were told they'd be permitted to stage only one race meeting per day.

The state's Department of Primary Industries says only one meeting a day can go ahead
until next Wednesday .. to minimise the risk of escalating the horse flu crisis.

RV's STEPHEN ALLANSON'S told TVN the feature McEwen and William Crockett Stakes scheduled
for Moonee Valley .. will be added to Saturday's Caulfield card.
